The Music Hall at Fair Park is a 3,42- seat, 80,000 s.f. performing arts facility in Dallas, Texas’s Fair Park that opened on October 10, 1925. The scope of work for this building are broken up into 2 phases; Phase I consists of a renovation including the addition of a brand new elevator, new ADA compliant ramp at the lobby, new floor finishes and restroom renovations.
Phase 2 includes new floor finishes throughout all the common areas, new aisle lighting inside the auditorium, new ADA compliant main entrance doors, and plumbing renovations.
